Missed the gym on Monday due to this ridiculous weather, but did a decent chest/bi workout today and I'm going to try to do back/tri/shoulders tomorrow. I'm also contemplating adding in a 6th day a week (well, in this case - 5 cuz I haven't made it 5times since I started) on Saturday with full body plyo. So, we'll see. I think I'm going to download the P90X and new Rush Fit videos and see what I can play with.
I also have decided I'm going to focus less on 'bulk' and I'm going to attempt to start cutting down calories now...and upping my protein intake using protein powder. I think one of my biggest contributors to my lack of success is how many carbs I'm eating, and how many are post 3:00 PM. So, we'll see what I can do about that...(As I'm typing this, I'm realizing just how HUNGRY I am!!)
Anyways, 201 still. We'll see what happens in the next few weeks by dumping 500 calories a day or so.
Oh, and NO MORE PIZZA. But Burger King on the other hand...in 2 weeks, I'm having a poutine, and a chicken tendercrisp smothered in buffalo sauce. I figure I will deserve it after being without for >6 weeks.
