I must admit, I haven't kept to my diet 100% - but i'll give it a 85%...which is better then nothing.
I did some measurements, and I've grown substantially while maintaining the same approximate weight - which is a huge plus.
Biceps currently sit slightly over 16.5".
Here's hoping progress continues, and I'll hit the 17.5-18" mark in June, and cut the remainder of this fat off me. Also need to work on bringing out the laterals.
17 more weeks to go until vacation time...need to step it up.
