Anyways, today was chest/bicep. We're working on doing more dumbbells, less barbell. Was repping 65's today; which is far less than I SHOULD be doing, but I'm still working out the kinks. Thursday I will work on barbell just to ensure I'm keeping the strength up.
My diet remained clean, and I'm just about to go toss on a few chicken breasts (1 for now, 1 for tomorrow) and some sweet potato fries. Thank god I got some ketchup this weekend ;O!
I still have this chest cold - which is definitely hindering me from pushing as hard as I should be going - but I feel like I'm still working out well enough to make an impact. I'm not going to do my measurements until Week 8 is complete, and I think I'm going to refrain from doing progress pictures until then also - just so I'm not getting discouraged by my body not becoming GSP'esque overnight...(Yes, I know - hard to believe you don't drop body fat%ages like flies!).
Another thing I should try to keep in mind is I'm not on a cut phase right now; and I shouldn't be expecting to see any dramatic changes in body fat %. As stated previously - right now is more of a bulk/muscle phase - and then I'm going to try to slowly adjust into a cut phase for summer....hoorah. :\
Also - I've realized how streaky my mirror (to late to save this picture) is and have since washed it. You're welcome. :P
