Currently, 6'1 - 200 lbs. I've stopped taking syringes in my stomach, and I've been eating clean for 3 weeks. I'm not calorie counting, outside a rough estimate. I'm consuming 3,500 -4,000 calories daily. I need to increase protein though. For another 5 weeks - I'll maintain this, and then I'll be dropping down to 3,000 calories a day and adding 2 days of cardio a week. Then, 8 weeks of that and I'll be dropping down 700 calories to 2300 a day approximately, no carbs at night, and cardio 3-5 times a week in addition to my weight training.
The end goal is to be ripped by June.
I haven't taken a progress picture for Week 3 as it doesn't end until tomorrow, and I didn't take one when I started, but here is end of Week 2.
Edit; Someone asked me what I meant when I mentioned that I stopped taking syringes in my stomach. Well, I DO have some fat on my stomach, but my left side is swollen due to syringes - so I need to stop taking them there so that I can accurately determine how much fat is on my stomach that I need to burn in the next 5 months.
