Gym - My New Obsession

Sunday was a new day, and due to the fact I felt like I was pregnant with a 5 lb child I had gained over the last 3 weeks of fast food and limited gym time due to being stupid. (For those who don’t know – I have this tendency not to let myself rest when I hurt myself. Therefore, throwing my left shoulder out while doing 250 lbs on cables, and then throwing my right arm out drunken arm wrestling didn’t stop me from going a few times and thus hurting myself more. This is in small font, because then I can pretend I never wrote it and next time I hurt myself, I will continue to go anyways – and if you remind me of this…I hate you)



So I went and dropped $190 on food and Tupperware to store said food. Chicken, Eggs, Cheese, Almonds, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Crystal Light, Milk and Bananas, Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries (Lasted 28 seconds. Tops). Sounds amazing, amirite? Yes, yes I am. I cooked up 3 days worth of food and have another 3 days being made tonight. Sunday will be Steak and scrambled eggs day…all day.

Pretty much once Monday hits – all I do is work, gym, raid, sleep. But, as of this week my schedule is Work, Gym, Gym, Raid, and Sleep (optional). I started my cardio as of Monday. It is painful. Ever watched a really fat person run? I’m worse because I can’t even run badly – I can’t run at all. It’s kind of like watching a fish out of water, really. I flail my arms and then …give up and go eat a burger (Not really, but I’m thinking about it 35-39 minutes out of the 40-45 minutes of cardio I do a day!)

Anyways, this is far too long for 1 post, or 2 – probably even 3, so I’ll highlight everything else of importance that has happened this week:

- Heart of Iron dropped– IloveyouNdendel. No matter what Lumpus says about you, you’re amazing!
- Two of my requested books came in from the library!
- Talked with this gorgeous brunette entire weekend, and week. Mm hmm!
- Nothing else, because my life is boring and amazing at the same time.
