Week 5-1 was another brutal day; our new found motivation of embarrassing one another at the gym has caused our workouts to increase in intensity, and push us harder.
Benchpress: 225 lbs (7,6) 245 lbs (4)
Peck Deck: 180 lbs (12x3)
Incline Bench Press: 40/40 (12x3)
Machine Hammer: 60 (12x3)
Dumbbell Curl: 45 (8x3)
Pushups (Feet on bench): 30
Today was the first day that Abe was able to keep up on bench press, so grats to him!
Regardless, after the workout I think we’ve decided to change it up 1 more time. At the moment, we’re focusing on each body part once a week – and we’re going to switch it to 2x a week some how. I’m not sure exactly how we’re going to fit it in – but in order for us to grow, we need to step it up even more. I’m thinking…
